Änderungen/Fixes aus dem CVS:
-fix dvb subtitles (add handling for 2 and 8bit subtitles, add default 4 bit clut)
-now dvb-subtitles on cyfra+ are working correct
-subtitle.cpp: add missing code
-fix manual pid stuff, fix for binary compatibility with old compiled enigma plugins
-fix recording on network devices (smbfs)
-record.cpp: remove unneeded code
